We guarantee the board to be service free for a period of 1 year from the purchase date as stated on the warranty. Please take a look at the Terms and Conditions of Warranty for reference.

The easel height is adjustable from 17” to 60"
12 Can the board use a battery?
Yes. It can use a battery. We offer an optional mobile rechargeable battery. This is a mobile power source so you can use the board everywhere.
13 How many times can the rechargeable battery be used?
The battery can be recharged approximately 300 times.
14 How long does it take for the battery charge?
To fully charge it will take about 8 hours.
15 How long will the battery last after it is fully charged?
The battery will run consecutively for 1] Flashing mode 8 hours; Or 2] Always lighted mode 5 hours.
16 Is the marker pen special?
Yes, our marker pens are different from other marker pens. They contain a fluorescent powder in the ink.
17 How much ink is in the marker pen?
In the small pen there is 8g of ink. In the larger pen there is 16g of ink.
18 How many sizes are available for the marker pen?
We have two sizes available. A 5.4” x 0.6” and a larger one that is 5.4” x 0.8”.
19 How many colors are available for the marker pen?
We do have 3 other colored pens for purchase. Other colors available are green, blue, and yellow. Each board will come with a white pen.
